A retired education department employee and his wife were brutally attacked and robbed in their home in Morikalong, near Nagaon town. The victims, identified as Harendra Nath Bora and Dipti Bora, were reportedly assaulted with a sharp weapon by their former caretaker, Prabhat Hazarika, who fled the scene with cash and valuables.
