Beneficiaries under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and elderly or infirm women residing in government-registered old-age homes are also included in this scheme. To qualify for Orunodoi 3.0, eligible beneficiaries must possess a valid Aadhaar-seeded Ration Card. The reapplication process was mandatory to continue receiving the financial aid, with the application deadline set for 15th October.
