Guwahati: In view of Bhai Dooj, Assam government has declared Tuesday as a local holiday in seven districts of the state. This districts are Baksa, Chirang, Udalguri, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur, Tinsukia and Biswanath. Therefore, government offices and educational institutions of this districts will remain closed on Tuesday.
