Goalpara: The verdict given by Supreme Court of India has implemented in case of foreigners, which had declared by foreigner tribunal. So, 10 foreigners, who had stayed in detention camp for three years or more, are now able to come out from it.
They leave Goalpara detention camp by taking belt from foreigner tribunal. For this the tribunal take bond of 2 lakh rupees and bio-metric also. From 9th August to till date, they left it.
Out of this, 9 foreigners from Goalpara and another one from Chirang. According to Amitabh Basumotary, ASP of Goalpara, name of the foreigner of Chirang is Munnaf Ali and the foreigners of Goalpara are Nur Mahmmad, Ravi Dey, Sujit Sarkar, Rohim Ali, Batsu Seikh, Shyamal Ghosh, Sudhan Sarkar, Md. Sanaulla Seikh & Arun Das.
Few days ago, the SC said that foreigners stayed in detention camp for three years or more, were able to out from it through belt & other terms and condition.
