{"id":9205,"date":"2019-11-16T23:55:02","date_gmt":"2019-11-16T18:25:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress-440531-1379741.cloudwaysapps.com\/?p=9205"},"modified":"2019-11-16T23:55:02","modified_gmt":"2019-11-16T18:25:02","slug":"northeast-frontier-railway-records-growth-in-earnings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/assamtimespost.in\/?p=9205","title":{"rendered":"Northeast Frontier Railway records growth in earnings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8671\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wordpress-440531-1379741.cloudwaysapps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/logo_atp-199x300.jpg?resize=23%2C35&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"23\" height=\"35\" title=\"\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> ASSAM TIMES POST<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Guwahati :<\/strong> The Northeast Frontier Railway has recorded a year of growth in its earnings from passenger traffic and other coaching services in the month of October this year compared to the same month last year. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The cumulative earnings from goods traffic till the month of October 2019 has also recorded increase over the same period last year, said a release of the Guwahati headquartered N F Railway here on Saturday.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">While Rs 110.64 crore was earned from passenger traffic in the month of <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">October this year compared to the earning of Rs. 106.24 crore on the same account the previous year, the release said Rs 21.63 crore was earned from other coaching services compared to Rs<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">15.14 crore earned in October last year. The cumulative earnings from Passenger Traffic was Rs 809.48 crore compared to Rs 782.35 crore till October last year recording an increase of 3.47 per cent, said the release issued by NFR Chief Public Relations Officer Subhanan Chanda.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The cumulative earnings from Other Coaching till October this year was Rs 132.94 crore compared to Rs 119.50 crore till October last year recording an increase of 11.25 per cent. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The cumulative earnings from Goods Traffic till October was Rs 1054 crore compared to Rs 1006.74 crore recording an increase of 4.69, it said. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The earnings from goods traffic is expected to increase as certain steps have been taken by NFR to improve customer interface for goods transportation.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ASSAM TIMES POST Guwahati : The Northeast Frontier Railway has recorded a year of growth in its earnings from passenger traffic and other coaching services in the month of October this year compared to the same month last year.
