The order prohibits the assembly of five or more persons in public places, taking out rallies, staging dharnas and making inflammatory speeches. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The order warns that anyone violating the order will be punished under various provisions of IPC.
