Citing alarming statistics from the Ministry of Social Justice, he revealed that approximately 90% of street teenagers are grappling with drug addiction. The judge drew attention to the severe drug crisis in Punjab and expressed concern over the rising number of young individuals in Manipur who are succumbing to addiction, particularly through syringe use.<\/span><\/p>\n
