O<\/span>n a serene Tuesday morning at 7 AM, the Marwari Yuva Manch<\/a>‘s Amritishakha branch in Diphu, in collaboration with the Karbi Anglong District Police, organized a cyclothon titled “Cycle Rally.” The event, flagged off from the Marwari Vivah Bhavan in Diphu and concluding at Manja Police Station, aimed to promote a healthy environment and lifestyle under the theme “Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life.”<\/span><\/p>\n The cyclothon was officially inaugurated by Sanjeev Kumar Saikia, Superintendent of Police of Karbi Anglong District. The initiative saw enthusiastic participation from various corners of the community, including members of the Karbi Anglong Police, the 20th Battalion of CRPF, and numerous members of the Marwari Yuva Manch.<\/span><\/p>\n The rally was not just a showcase of physical endurance but also a platform for raising awareness about the detrimental effects of drug abuse and the importance of leading a healthy life. The event resonated with participants and onlookers alike, as it combined the joy of cycling with a meaningful cause.<\/span><\/p>\n The competitive spirit was palpable as participants pedaled their way to the finish line. Hrishikesh Bora emerged as the first-place winner, followed by Rausonraj Teron in second place, and Sarbong Tisso securing third place. These young cyclists were honored with trophies and certificates, recognizing their dedication and achievement.<\/span><\/p>\n The award ceremony, held at the Manja Police Station premises, was a moment of pride and joy. The event was graced by several distinguished guests, including Sub-Inspector Swamadhan Swargiyari of Manja Police Station, President of Marwari Yuva Manch Amritishakha, Pritam Daga, and Secretary Rakesh Ramawat.
