This arrest follows a similar operation last month where an active Over Ground Worker (OGW) of NSCN-K was detained by the Indian Army and Assam Police in Margherita, Tinsukia district. The coordinated effort in Tikok village led to the apprehension, underlining the ongoing efforts to curb militant activities in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a related development, two NSCN (U) cadres recently surrendered in Arunachal Pradesh, signaling potential cracks within the militant organization\u2019s ranks.<\/span><\/p>\n
