During the operation carried out in the Korkot slum area, which is near the Mizoram border within the jurisdiction of the Silchar police station, the police arrested a drug trafficker.<\/p>\n During a search operation, the police confiscated 22 packets of brown sugar. From these packets, a total of 270 grams of brown sugar was seized. The estimated value of the confiscated heroin is anticipated to be several lakh rupees. In connection with the distribution of brown sugar, the police arrested a drug trafficker named Ramfang Lian Ma.
